I think this type of pattern is called a butterfly strap. Maybe that was a loafer though. Either way it's pretty cool!

Any idea how long it takes to receive shoe trees in the US? I ordered them 10 days ago and still haven't gotten them.

Royal Mail can take anywhere from 6-10 business days, sometimes even longer the further the place. As they were taken to the post office friday afternoon, they might not arrive until the 12th at the latest.
