I've never really been a fan of those really light tan felts, but there's no beating the quality on something like that. And the Optimo straw is the beau ideal of a summer hat.

It has been really sunny the past couple days. I broke out my Coober Pedy Akhubra for the first time in years. It looks better than I recall.

That is a great semi calado. Art has been have trouble getting Semi's lately. That sure would be a great hat for a hot day. Monti's are nice from a craft work view but due to the tight weave can 

be a rather hot hat on the old noggin.
