I got the PB tracking number also but as it does not provide any info on the actual tracking I e-mailed JE and got the UPS tracking number. According to the UPS tracking number I should receive my shipment today but I doubt that as I live in Europe and the shipment seems to be on some kind of US tour CA->IL->IN->...
Did some have to pay double customs/taxes for their shipment, first while ordering and then when the shipment arrived in the destination country? If that is the case I will let the shipment bounce back and want a refund as I find this totally unacceptable.
Well I just re-read JE's website for International customers, so it looks like all Customs, Duties, Taxes, Brokerage fees will be taken care of upon delivery of the package.
My main issue is the same as yours. I only have one tracking number and it is routed to KY. Are we supposed to get a second tracking number automatically after our package is delivered to this hub? Right now I have no tracking number for Canada.
Brandi has just told me that UPS can't change delivery addresses for International Orders. I hope this isn't the case, as I stated before I have no way of receiving my package if they send it to the wrong address.
I don't understand why it's so hard to send it to my shipping address and not billing address. You would think at this point some of this stuff is automated. The labels at the very least must be printed automatically at the shipping address.
