you have no right to judge unless you have walked in someone else's shoes
I have worked in the garment industry in customer service for many many years and have never seen a company do business like this
Whoever Cody is in the company, they should thank their lucky stars for having him
and as a professional, that you obviously aren't , whether or not the customer is right or wrong, they always come first
please do not bother to answer it will be deleted

When did you get your wrong order and when did you first contact them? Keep in mind they are still a small company so they aren't always there on the weekend. I personally have always been taken care of by their CS. Never had a bad experience.

a few questions for the thread:  has anyone washed their villain, or any of the JE French terry garments, yet?  if so, have you noticed any shrinkage?  i image there should be some, but i haven't tried yet.

also, to owners of the any of the flannel over shirts, how do the perform in the cold?  how would you rate their thickness/weight, etc.

Thanks very much for any insight that you may provide!!

Customer service, specifically from both Brandi and Cody, have been top notch, so I think you're doing something wrong or are simply impatient.

I just washed my hooded villain for the first time last week, in cold water, and it did show some SLIGHT signs of shrinkage particularly in the body, but with one wear it was feeling like its old self again, so I don't think it's a big problem @mikeylab. Same thing with my black escobars, slight shrinkage in the wash but they stretch back out again. I did however realize that my brothers dark grey escobars don't really stretch out as much as my black ones. I think the polyester may have something to do with it, but if that's the case, I wish the black ones also had some polyester in them. Just a thought. My dark grey shadow lima sweats also haven't stretched out, so it's kinda weird. If any one knows anything about this, please let me know lol.

@JohnElliottCo I just noticed on your website a few of your escobars, almas, and S/S hooded rebels are missing.  I was supposed to exchange my S/S shadow crew for the dark grey escobars but they aren't there anymore?  CS accidentally refunded me and I was supposed to re-order (and they would cover shipping as normal exchanges).  They were there last week but my refund was just processed yesterday.  Any info on this?

Thanks

Please restock the silk blend white Mercer tees in size medium. I'm looking forward to purchasing one.

thanks for the heads up. just got the Need Supply email. Gonna pick up some APC denim.

My Dark Grey Medium Villian Hoodie came in today. I'm 5'10'' 160lb, 38 chest. The fit was a loose. Gonna exchange for small.

Surprising since I tried on the light Grey version a few weeks ago at American Rag and it fit tight (around arm holes) to perfect. I also noticed the Grey version felt thicker and heavier.

Feel wise, Dark Grey > Grey.

You are making me want a Dark Grey hoodie now. I wear a Large in the Grey also 5'10", but 168lbs., 43" chest and it's still a little tight. More room might be a good thing.

Somewhere earlier in this thread, JE replied that the hoodie is suppose to feel fitted. It will eventually mold to your body and have a stacking effect.

Very strange, almost makes me wonder if one of ours is mislabeled. I'm 5'10" 145 and the Dark Grey villain in medium fits perfect.

i think it might have to do with the materials, the light grey and the original black arent 100% cotton like the others. the original blend of materials i wear a large but with the 100% cotton pieces i wear medium since its lighter and has more give while molding to my body.

How have your pants held up guys? I got the grey duo 2 Escobars a week ago and after like 3 wears there have been random tear spots on them. There's also a tear right on the bottom of the pocket opening where the opening slit meets. Have any of you guys who have had JE pants for longer eventually experienced this pocket tear, or have they held up well?
