I have not personally used but I am looking into these.

@JohnElliottCo Wanna help a college student out and make me a special washed lambskin jacket for $1000?

I received my Shadow Limas a few weeks ago and I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. The ribbing on the waistband and cuffs is very hefty and this pair feels even more substantial than the several Escobars I own. The cuff detailing really pops in many outfits based around other JE pieces.

Are there plans for Shadow Limas in black? I think they would be just as versatile as the dark grey. Thanks again for this awesome product.

I have a black villain, one of the early iterations, and I'm surprised at how thick and heavy it is compared to the current version. I handled the latest (black also) version in-store the other day and I was quite surprised at how light weight it was compared to mine. I immediately noticed, the outside of mine has more of a texture and it definitely feels much more substantial/thicker.

Have they changed materials over the last while? Anyone else notice this?

Unless you have the quilted kith one, not much has changed.

No, much earlier than that. Regular black villain from mid-2013.

You are actually the first person to comment on this. The material is knit in the same way, but the yarns did change slightly around January 2014. The original Villains did have a slightly more noticeable texture. They weren't all that much thicker, though.

Glad to have stumbled upon this thread/forum.

On the search for a Large KITH x JE Quilted Villain.

I ordered a Medium from KITH, as their pieces usually run big, though I should have known better.   It's never been worn, only tried on.  Runs a touch bigger than a Medium JE Villain hood, but not much.

If anyone happens to have a lead on a Large, please let me know -- figured to post here before placing the item on eBay, etc.

Thanks!

That would be a nice discount. Damn, might have to pick up some stuff if it is true.

If that were the case, I wish there was a large dual flash in dark grey!
