Couldn't find any information on this, but I have a couple pairs of the denim. The washing instructions say "dry clean", but I usually just throw all my denim into a tub with a bit of detergent, then rinse and hang dry. I hope they won't implode or something if I do this.

shoulders on my uneck are a bit weird too. measure about 17.5 which is closer to a large than the med measurement on the site, everything else measures up to a medium though. not really an issue for a tee but i would hope the hoodies measure properly

Is stock expected to be ample, at least for the first little bit or is this looking like a quick sell/ very low quantity?

Got them both shirts in the mail
Open the package
Both shirts are labeled 1/S (as ordered) but fit completely different. The black shirt fits more like a large while the white one fits perfect.

I'm convinced the black one has been mislabeled, and this isn't the first time I've run into this problem. This has happened to be once before with the olive u-neck as well. Honestly, it's quite frustrating. Whoever is labeling/sizing these shirts ought to be fired.

Also, not sure how I would now go about getting an exchange for another small, especially when I run the risk of receiving yet another mislabeled/larger shirt in that size.

Here's the photo of the two shirts (both labeled 1/S) overlapped for reference:

I have had the same issue before. I have a tee thats a small but is identical to the mediums I have. I got mine from atrium too.

I actually ended up contacting Brandi about this and everyone over at JE were super helpful and responsive in granting me an exchange. Kudos for the impeccable, thorough customer service. Hopefully this won't happen again, though, really would hate not ordering anymore.

Thanks again Brandi and everyone at JE. Props.

You have to realize like any product they can not be perfect every time, sometimes defects slip through, look at the iPhone or any other product, I'm pretty sure they have stringent quality control there but sometimes they get missed.

They (and we) are all human. :-)

Being in this thread made me rock my rebel tank today. A pretty nice tank to wear when the weather is starting to cool but you want to rock the guns, ya know?

Also, finding it hard to make a decision on which Flash Full Zip to get. Dark Grey or Grey? Any input?

Dark. The blend is custom and feels much nicer to touch.

CS is top notch. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't order much. I'm picky about the fit, especially if I'm paying top dollar. JE always comes through. Super helpful with questions too.

I have the grey flash dual full zip. I enjoy the lighter grey color, but it's all a matter of preference. It provides a good contrast to my medium grey and dark grey shirts, whereas the dark grey wouldn't.
All depends on what the rest of your wardrobe looks like. As always, when in doubt, buy both!

If anyone could help me locate a gap mercer in small, would be greatly appreciated.

Decided to pass on the shadow capsule villain and get the regular l/s villain. Haven't seen the new dark grey blend yet so excited to see it. The contrasting zipper is fire from the pictures.

All GAP x GQ JE+ pieces are pretty much sold out everywhere, except on resellers market.
