I havent had any trouble with mine either. I did have trouble with the kake and so did multiple other people. Stop putting words in my mouth and saying im complaining about the quality of all their products. I listed two by name. Ive owned a villain for years and told people to buy from JE because of the quality and how ive been treated well in te past. The reason im bringig this up here is because it is surprising and hurtfull as a long time supporter to be discarded as a troll like this.

My problem with their use of instagram is that it is how a lot of people, including myself, decided to buy from JE. The glowing reviews in the comments make the price seem worth it. Come to find out the negative reviews were all deleted. Thats my problem. They know people base the decision to purchase from them on the reviews they see on IG.

You got the option to return it for a refund. Why didn't you then? I don't get why you kept the hoodie if it was so defective? Instagram is not a customer service platform for any merchant. You say you been a customer for years so what made you keep buying? Nothing has changed imo over the years. You just seem bitter for no reason. Should have returned it and moved on

These sweaters are badass, awesome material. Highly recommended. Not sure which I'll be keeping. Decisions, decisions...

I think the medium fits better, the small has a good normal length if that is important to you.

If it isnt a customer service platform then they, as i keep repeating, shouldnt opt only reply to questions that show them in a positive light and delete others, they shouldnt reply to ANY. Only keeping positive reviews is disconcerting as a long time customer. It shows an attempt to censor negative oppinions and alter public perception.

I conveyed to customer service via email that i wished to keep the hoodie, because i really do love all other aspects of it, i just wanted them to provide me with compensation for getting the holes repaired via a tailor. They informed me this was impossible and could only accept a refund or the 15% refund, which as i explained to them, was not enough to cover the cost of the tailor. They then sent me a coupon for 15% off my next order. They also deleted all public comments regarding the situation that they could. It's rather shady

You need to move on. You've made your point multiple times. Everyone is just sick of reading it every other post.

Not everyone, actually. Just people who seem personally hurt by the idea that censorship isnt okay.

Obviously not everyone here thinks you truly do stand behind your products. Im not the only one to express concern. I would call a $200 sweatshirt forming holes by wear #3 a significant issue, and i dont appreciate you trying to tell me what, as a consumer, constitutes a significant issue. especially since it is a problem that has happened to a number of us. If deleting any comments that dont attest to your clothings good quality is really how you handle business, that is very shady. Companies arent people, and using the tools intagram put forth to ensure individuals safety to censor the truth, or even just honest questions, as a company isnt okay. Consumers are supposed to be able to pose concerns about quality, and its your job to answer them or not, but you dont get to delete negative oppinions. Youre not being harrassed, youre a brand being asked a reasonable question. Also, ive seen positive sounding comments replied to on the regular, so dont tell me there's no interaction going on there. Lastly, this is the first time in years ive thought to use this website. Im assuming you know this forum is far less frequented by your potential customers than your instagram page. So yes, at the end of the day it's clothing, and its clothing you charge more than average for. If you want people to be fine with your garments falling apart, charge less. Otherwise, better quality and customer service is expected. If you dont want to be "put on blast" (a bit of an overstatement imo) for your garments forming holes easily, make better garments. Thats how business works.

Shut the **** up. As a business they have every right to delete negative comments. I do the same, and there's nothing shady about it. You have a problem with my products? Email me. Simple as that.

Show us where they responded where it made them look better? They offer simple responses here and there and it's hardly customer service. Maybe you aren't fully up to date on what social media means to them but they explained it plenty of times now.

At the end of the day they offered you a refund. Should have taken it. That's your only right as a customer. Why are you complaining after you screwed up and kept hoodie? It's on you

Do you realize je is a private business. They can do what they want including not selling to you in the future.

I have been wondering how someone like Trump could be seriously contending for president and now I realize, there are people as stupid as you walking around able to vote

good ******* lord man. if you're that upset with them, you should just return the hoodie, or sell it to someone on here, never buy from them again, and move on.

arguing on here is getting you no where.

No, people have the right to delete negative comments because of harassment. When businesses do it it just censors negative opinions. it means something different. When i delete a comment a friend makes that i view as negative, the outcome is completely different than if i were trying to sell something and an actual customer approached me with a problem and i handled it by deleting it. Its the whole reason ebay sellers cant delete negative reviews.
