tried on the SRD Parachute Jacket and the details are insane idk if its worth $600 though. Jacket is more of a spring/fall transition jacket definitely not a winter jacket. if you can get it on discount go for it but at retail tough to justify that price tag.

I had that fear of God Sherpa hoodie, was definitely hard to pull off on its own but looked great layered under something else.

For those that have owned or seen the traditional JE Rider (from Season 5 on) as compared to the current JExGap rider, what are the main differences aside from the leather quality?  The lapels appear to be more slim in the JE version, but curious as to others thoughts?  Have a current JE Gap Rider but am thinking of upgrading to the real deal instead...

@parjustin

I own the mainline flannel version and bought the JExGap for a beater but ended up returning because the quality was horrible to even have as a beater. Felt like cardboard lol.

Difference between the two

Gap ver:
Cardboard leather
Shitty zippers
Very boxy fit
Body was cropped but sleeve were super long
Lining was not breathable and stiff
Lapels lay higher on the body
Snaps painted dull silver
Stitching was inconsistent
Had size XS but fit like a M

JE mainline:
Leather is very soft and durable
Fits slim, close to the body
Riri zips
Lining is breathable and comfortable.
Own a size 2 fits like a small

If you pay close attention to detail and as picky as i am. My advice is to get the real deal. You wont be disappointed expecially if your already spending alot of money on it.

Awesome - thanks man!  Appreciate the detail.  If anyone else has opinions - feel free to post as well.

Also, interested in the puffer details from the question above...

I want the darker color but it only works with certain streetwear outfits

This showed up on restocks...the boucle in black at contraband. I know there is variation in the pattern, but this almost looks like the grey and black combined.

Man, $845 and made in China, really disappointing that more and more JE is being made there.

I'm pretty sure that's in CAD (Canadian dollars)

Right, but it still doesn't excuse where it's made for the price.
