Yeah I saw the pair that went up on Grailed, but it was a few sizes too big for me unfortunately. Need a 29 or 30, but I've almost given up hope at this point frown.gif

Here's the deal: if you're expecting JE stuff at Gap pricing, you're going to be sorely disappointed; if you're looking for Gap-quality stuff with JE-influenced styling, go for it.

Plenty of people have a knee-jerk reaction to ask things Gap, and there are some valid reasons for that as well as some unnecessary - and in some cases hypocritical - elitism that's all too common on the forum.

All I got were the Escobars, and I'd say they're ok. They're not as nice as JE sweats; the zipper is cheaper, the construction where the cuff attaches to the leg is a little off, and the fleece on the real JE sweats subjectively feels a little nicer and more substantial. At the same time, I think they did a decent job with the styling, and they're nicer than the last Gap x JE sweats from a couple years back.

tl;dr - If you like them, get them, but don't fool yourself into expecting the same products you'd get from JE.

Boucle sweats are practically the same as last years, except the cuffs will have stretch to them. Looks to be the same with the sweater, instead of the unfinished neck as it was last year. I kinda liked the awkward neck on last years sweater, gave it a unique modern look

Hey guys quick question. I was looking to purchase my first hoodie, either the mercer half zip or the kake mock and I'm pretty unsure of what size would be best. I'm 5'8-5'9 and 120 pounds would a XS or S be more suitable.

My medium aluminum flight just went back up on JE if anyone was trying to scoop that size.

What happened?  Looked like a good piece.  One of the better new ones.

Thing was massive. Coulda sized down. Arms were balloons. I loved it though, otherwise.

Go by what fits your waist wise. I found the boucle to stretch a bit more which makes sense since it's a knit

Shame.  I expected it to fit like the paneled flight.  Which, BTW, was a very underrated piece.  Really needed to see it/try it in person to enjoy it.

The Aluminum Flight jacket is ill. I definitely needed to size down from 2 to 1. It's HUGE in the body. Size 1 fits perfectly standalone or with a hoodie underneath. Now I need some more Oak/raw edge to complement it...

Passing on Boucle due to price. Really want the gray but will have to hold off.
