Thanks guys for your feedback and glad you liked the review... I think I could have stretched the length more and made it more presentable, however between switching the colors and what not I guess I didn't pull it down far enough on me. Also, when taking the pics I pulled my grey undershirt down far so it gives off the impression that the sweater is short but in reality I just stretched out the length of the grey shirt underneath.

I can try and retake some pictures later to show you guys what I mean. It may be a good idea for me to try a large just to see but I'm afraid it will be too puffy on me.

When you say it isn't super thick is more like a thermal shirt than a sweater?

Ordered the bomber. Actually wanted it in black. I'm guessing it releases tomorrow on the site

I think next season will be like that. A lot of nice stuff coming.

@dmill Thanks for the review bruh... imo the brown looks best on you. I think I agree with ppl saying you should size up. But from the looks of the model pics it seems like the piece might really fit a bit more snug and short around the midsection. In one lookbook photo the length looks a lot better though... check it:

edit: I dunno man... can't put my finger on it but something about the fit / length just bothers me. Maybe I'm just trippin' hahaha

this is exactly what i meant. something looks really off with those product shots compared to the lookbook. Fit pics look to have confirmed this as well

Thanks for the heads up! I might just get it right now

How much were the boucle sweats when they first dropped?

Around $325 I think; I ended up getting them on sale at the end of the season, but after owning them, I would not have regretted grabbing it for original price.  They are sick as hell

That bogota bomber is nice... I agree on that pocket being too high but it doesn't seem to bother me as much as it does others in here. I love the tall collar though. Almost feels like a shawl collar.

I know it's not a cold weather jacket, but I have a few coats that have pockets up there, and it works better to keep hands in a pocket up there in cold weather..so I guess it's not all that bad

Well here are some fit + detail pics of the GAP stuff that came in yesterday. Grabbed the clay tee and flash hoodie, and the backpack. Overall, I'm impressed. The terry on the hoodie is actually pretty nice, not thin like mentioned before by someone on here. Zippers are cheap but they work just fine. The tees are okay, a bit thicker than regular JE tees, though not as soft. Fits looser than regular JE, but not "boxy." Backpack is cool. I like the color and the hardware is nice too. It's a backpack. Can't go wrong.

5'10, 140, size small tee + hoodie. (I'm in between small and medium for JE shirts, true small on JE hoodies)

Backpack uses YKK zippers + leather pulls

Two main pockets, one for laptops/notebooks, other for main storage

Mesh backing and metal hardware on the back, very comfortable/sturdy

Yep totally feel you... I definitely have seen and maybe own some jackets with pockets that high. Aesthetically it doesn't bother me. Def keeps your hands a lil warmer up there too.

^^ the gap JE collection is actually really good if you're in undergrad and need some back to school clothing.  Not saying this to make a joke out of it.
