The bomber is going to be like $600, right?

Anyone end up buying the restock to replace their old pair?

I'm guessing there is going to be a lot of Odeons, zincs, and springs up for sale really soon

For how subtle the difference is, I feel like you'd be much better off having them tapered a centimeter from the knee down for a couple bucks. The one thing the slimmer taper doesn't help is the massive amount of stretch in the waist and top block, which is a bigger issue in my opinion.

Probably, both paneled bombers (green/black and the pique?) were $580, and the iridescent bomber was $695. So around $600 seems about right

I agree. Cheaper and better to get them tapered. I had my Odeon fixed from the top block, including the waist that stretched

how much do you guys pay for tapering? a denim specialist shop wants $55 to taper. not sure if I want to bring them into a dry cleaners.

I hope...I mean it better not be any more than that.

Was told they had no plans of restocking the size 28 skittle at this time. Does anybody have a size 28 they want to sell? I don't want to impulse buy the 29...

Let's hope there's no thermo-lite in it

Largely depends on how much you want done.  Top block on down could certainly run $55.  I have larger thighs and smaller calves, so usually just need them brought in from the knee down which is pretty straightforward and usually costs around $25.  Will also depend on how much you're taking them in, and whether or not you leave the original edge or have it cut and refinished.

Are the Zinc's nice in person? They look great on the JE website but they look downright tragic on the NeedSupply website.

Generally most websites don't take the time to find the right fit for the model. They go by their standard size.

With that said, the new fit will fix some of the issues with the bagginess.

Glad to see @JohnElliot seems to have found the perfect denim fit formula! Now I just hope they don't mess with a good thing and keep this fit for a while. (or until trends change).
