John Elliott - official affiliate thread - Page 1206

I did take it out and try it on. The fit was nice as it wasn't too long. I'm 5-7 150 and tried the medium. The material was nice and soft but it wouldn't work for me in warm weather. It felt like it would stick to your body when it's hot out (it's a silky material). Tbh I didn't know what tencil was like so I wanted to feel it first hand. I would have kept it if it was more linen like

Totally worth it, and  both colors look and feel great. @Jbidwal did you take it out of the bag to feel it? I've never had a button down that fits more comfortably/well for both casual or work use.

This thread's most useful when people provide feedback after purchases.  I was initially not big on the Spring jeans but after a lot of buzz in here I gave them a try and LOVE them.

Thanks for opining on the shirt!  That's the kind of review I was looking for.  I have one of the Yuma button ups and I've been wanting another JE button up since. I know it's a different material and piece altogether but still wanted to give it a try.

It's a silky material. Not a thin as silk but has that feel. The Yuma is my fav je shirt too

Tencel is pretty great in general - not sure I'm sold on using it in that particular style, but YMMV.

Co-sign on the Springs. I love them.

Damn was really hoping those safari shorts would have wider legs. XXL has 11" opening... not really what I call oversized.

EDIT: Posted a link to a sale section before, noticed after it was not included. Sorry!

Links aren't censored. Only grailed links. People just don't post JE sales in this thread because they are scared that JE will see it and then reach out to the shop and have the sales removed.

EDIT- and I'm pretty sure you're talking about Need Supply which pretty clearly states that JE is excluded from the sale anyway.

If I remember correctly, the site you're referring to already excludes JE from discount codes. Good looks tho man.

Sorry about that last link. This actually DOES have JE stuff listed at 22% off orders over $250 - http://www.stevenalan.com/Men%27s/Designers-A-Z/John-Elliott/

Despite the website language, just want to let you guys know we were excluded from this before he posted that link - there is an error on their site and orders with this promotion are not eligible through SA on JE products. Our brand is excluded from site wide promotions during regular season and always for Main Line.

Delete that! We're screwed, lol.
