Turnip. You have a point about the comments I think we understand that. However it seems that the nature of your problem is one that happens every now and then in any clothing line. It would be self inflicting of JE to allow negative comments on their IG. Regardless of the intent of the comment. That's how business' work and if you think about it, it's not exactly shady. Their just looking out for their image. Having a avenue to where problems like your own can be resolved is what they have. Now them sending you a coupon instead is different.
