I have to differ with you about wether or not its shady. I would agree that its something that happens occasionally, and that is how it should have been treated, not like im a demon for trying to bring it up publicly. They could have replied and assured me the problem was fixed, asked me to contact customer service, or even just said there wasnt a problem at all. That is how you handle customers. You dont delete their questions, especially when you then leave all the positive ones because they fit an image you want to maintain. That makes it seem like it doesnt just happen infrequently, even if it does.
Honestly they couldve shown a ton of people how well they handled customers, but they just chose to silence me.
Here is the email they sent me to prove im not making the offer for a 15% refund up

Btw i worked for j crew when i was younger and we accepted full refunds on items that had been worn and washed and that was just basic. We were expected to actually do whatever was necessary to make the customer happy, to a reasonable extent (as in no free suit cos your t shirt fell apart)

How about sell the hoodie or just never buy JE again. You obviously disagree with their ethics, so move on. Make your own hoody or find a better brand
