locations on a couple of the IG photos of the kake are same location where they source/produce loopwheel. made me wonder if they would be loopwheel, or at least some new material. not saying its loopwheel necessarily, but the grey looks different than the standard grey terry to me at least.

geez, turnip is a brainless idiot...do another solution, email them directly u would like you exchange it.

so fucking simple instead of spamming and msging via IG, that's NOT how u you do it.

also u seem to lead a bitter, pathetic hateful life.

Wow what's going on in here? The more popular a brand gets, the more rants JE will have to deal with. What a shame

I didn't read anything on the last few pages, but JE has great customer service, they always go the extra mile to make their customers happy (eg giving discounts for mistakes on their part such as inventory or damaged products ), and are very responsive via email..shoot them another email if you don't get a response the first time bc they may have overlooked it. They're quality is unreal. And they've priced their products for everyone--low in cash, go for terry, wanna splurge, they have their more pricey items.

Any Whom, in regards to quality, My entire wardrobe literally only consists of JE items, and have worn a large portion of them to death and wearing them to death living in NYC means a lot, shit gets messed up here walking all over the place in all sorts of weather, and they still look brand new. Not one piece of thread has come undone. I did have an issue with only hearing a tear on my OS hoodie but that's bc I was stretching it out to the max to get it over my head without screwing up my hair. There will always be items here and there that are slightly defected, I mean people buy cars sometimes that give them issues from the get go, the car dealer doesn't just take it back.

That's my two cents without reading the last few pages so if it's completely off topic, my bad. JE is working hard and putting out quality goods. I seriously don't think any other designer is anywhere near this quality and style for the price point.

To the dude who posted pics of black and grey pigtail. Wished your Black was M, woulda snatched that from you right quick. I would keep both, different fit for different mood

Oh and not to mention, Almost every time we have talked about specific items we would like to see more of/colors on this thread, JE follows through with special releases of what WE want, which is pretty dope

I'm 5'8" and was wondering what size I should get in either a mercer tee (not u neck) and a classic crew tee?

Depends on your size as well.
If slim, medium in classic. You should do small in mercer.

You really need to go back and read what i said my experience was. I already contacted customer service.

Turnip. You have a point about the comments I think we understand that. However it seems that the nature of your problem is one that happens every now and then in any clothing line. It would be self inflicting of JE to allow negative comments on their IG. Regardless of the intent of the comment. That's how business' work and if you think about it, it's not exactly shady. Their just looking out for their image. Having a avenue to where problems like your own can be resolved is what they have. Now them sending you a coupon instead is different.

Well I'm 5'10, wear a M in almost everything. Maybe do a L for the crew and an M for the merger.
