Thanks man, how's quality when comparing the new JE denim to SLP?

Weight wise they are comparable. The slp stretch is nicer imo. Slp cost double too though

So stoked to see half-zips again! Hopefully these mark the return of the Riga.

Also digging the return to slimmer silhouettes.

This look is killer IMO - Hi-tops are nice too.

Depends on what pair you already have, but it has been my go to for washed black denim. Here's a few fits:

You can pretty much wear them with anything.

The olive iridescent looks great here dude.

Denim quality is pretty nice. I don't notice as much stretch as the slp but it's better than before.

My knee blowouts line up pretty well ( I have long legs for my height though). I don't really like the wash of the blowouts as much though. Wish it was lighter and not 2 tone.

All in all most of you will be happy with them.

Are these D02 or D01?

Finally looking at hi res images of F/W 16 on a bigger screen. Details on these pieces are impressive. Always appreciate John Elliot's attention to detail. Any new info on the JE casual sneakers?

D02. I can't do anything but d02. I have extremely tiny calves and it's hard to find anything that hugs them

Anyone know where I can find a size small clay crew pullover? Honestly the crew are nicer than the hoodie imo. The lightweight works perfect on them.

For those that are wondering how the blue is on the knee blowouts, here is a comparison with my slps.

And here are the spring next to them

haha nice man,

so having both, JE and SLP.  knowing the fact that you said SLP has better stretch, but are double the price point.

going forward, would you rather choose SLP or JE?

I'm asking cause I'm trying to see if I should ever invest in a SLP pair or not haha

I still prefer the slp. The stretch on those feels the best and I love their washes still. Imo they have some of the best blue, black and grey denim you can get.

With that said, the spring pair is up there with slp. The wash is perfect. It's the right amount of dirty and the shade of blue is on point. I wish the destroyed for knee blowouts came in that wash. I would blowout a pair myself but the slits will be white thread and not the dirty color found on rest of the denim.
