Is the spring more blue or grey in person?

Original cast carbon size 32, $175

Riders jacket pitch black 30% off, $1100

Also some Yuma shirts in XXL

Is that a "can't miss" deal on the OG Cast Carbon? I've never owned JE denim, but that price seems pretty good. Can someone who owns a pair let me know how they like them?

@echau - I noticed that you own a pair and subsequently tapered them down to 15.5. Do you find yourself wearing them often? Are they worth buying regardless of the fact that I already own a pair of washed black denim?

TIA, guys.

Denim quality is pretty nice. I don't notice as much stretch as the slp but it's better than before.

My knee blowouts line up pretty well ( I have long legs for my height though). I don't really like the wash of the blowouts as much though. Wish it was lighter and not 2 tone.

All in all most of you will be happy with them.

you got the same size as your SLPS ?  also are most SLP same fitting?  I don't own any SLP jeans yet but I plan to on the future, but wasn't sure on the fitting.

I wear mine pretty often.
Depends on what pair you already have, but it has been my go to for washed black denim. Here's a few fits:

You can pretty much wear them with anything.

I had a 29 in the old cut and that got too big so I figured I would stick with that size for these as they are slimmer. I don't really know my waist size tbh. I just know what brand fits

Yes the same size. Slp fit changes a lot so you can't always get the same fit. In general I'm a size 30 in the 2013 cuts and a size 29 after. The biggest issue most have with slp is that they change the fit just about every season.

@Jbidwal

Thanks man, how's quality when comparing the new JE denim to SLP?

Much appreciated. They look great in those pictures. Think I'll pull the trigger given that price point. Thanks for your quick reply.

Didn't realize John was inspired by Berghain (Berlin) for this latest season. The techno during the show makes sense now. Makes me like the season even more now. Also, the makeup on the model's eyes make more sense now. They all looked like they'd just come from a marathon sesh at Berghain.
