Sorry to hear about the problems some of you are having.  I got my shipping confirmation on Monday morning (order placed on Thanksgiving), but my order won't be delivered until this Monday (the 7th).  I can't stop dreaming about these boucle sweats...

the black boucle sweats are fire man.  Really.  They are unreal.

Yeah I am not sure what is going on at JE.  None of my orders have shipped and one of my orders I put it on Tuesday of the Black Friday week so it's been plenty of time and should definitely be sent out before all of these black friday orders.

About the villains - In my opinion, it is supposed to be (or looks the best) worn when the zips are fully zipped.  I only wear mine when the zips are fully zipped.  Of course everyone is different and you can do whatever the hell you want. I usually unzip mine when I am sitting down in a chair or when I am driving and not because I need to but rather because I figure you might as well.  It is more comfortable and of course much looser like this so it works well when sitting. But I never wear it unzipped when I am walking around it simply doesn't look as good IMO. If it's too hot and I'm feeling like getting some airy flow going I might unzip them a bit.

Just my thoughts though and is it really not meant to be worn with the zips open? Hmm

I'm wrong.  It can be worn open....

What I really meant was... it's all or nothing.  Full zip or completely open.  I, personally, wouldn't wear open because it's not my style.

To each their own for sure, I have my villains unzipped most of the time as I'm always using the kangaroo pocket.

I for one think the flaps up on the riders jacket isn't a good look

Frustrating.  4 orders, one cancelled, the others are "unfulfilled".  Expecting atleast one more cancellation.  The 3 other JE purchases from the 3 other stores (with a bigger discount) have come in.  It's crazy how backlogged they are - it's not like this is the first Black Friday sale they had, so they knew what they were getting into.  Especially considering all the promotion they had for it (Pre-Sale, Surprise discounts, count down tweets, tweets for more surprises) - you'd think they'd be more prepared.

I'm cool with the 20% off, but to me, cancelled orders should've been compensated better.  Cause what i'm going to do is wait until the olive Villain restocks in a Large and use it then.  So, really, all I am getting is what I originally ordered at 12AM Thanksgiving day at 20% off - just much much later, assuming they restock it.  Yes, I understand i could use it on other things (new season, etc.) but this is the item I had my eye on for months and waited until this particular sale to get it.  Either the inventory was messed up, they fulfilled orders not in FCFS order, or you needed a bot in order to get certain items.

I thought they had real-time inventory as well? Weird that they oversold things if that's the case.

We are working to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Again we are sorry for any frustration. Our policy for this weekend was 3-5 business days to process and ship, which does not count the Thanksgiving holiday or the weekend. We understand some you may be outside of this window - please private message us if you have specific problems to address. Thank you all for the support and we look forward to you receiving your orders soon.

Do they have real time inventory?  One of my order got cancelled because it's out of stock.  I made an order and went back the next day to pick up  the same piece as a gift. The option to add to my cart and check out was available but i didn't buy. I got an email yesterday saying that the order got cancelled so i'm thinking more oversold kind of deal.

I thought they did only based off the restock notification. I didn't think you could do that without realtime inventory, but I don't really know.

They are really nice. I love mine. They do fit slighty looser since it's a knit. Also stretch easier. I would recommend getting the smallest waist size you can fit into.

Return that jacket and get your money back. It looks horrible on you. It is a slim fitting cropped jacket that is meant to be layered with a long tee and or hoodie. You don't have the body for this garment.

Here is what my rider looks like. Normally I wouldn't layer with 2 items but this was for a theme. I'm 5-7 155 ish (maybe less now and in the pic). My point is the jacket can work for most, as long as your mid section doesn't fill out the jacket.
