My pair of Obsidians has finally been delivered. I was in the market for a pair of black jeans to replace my KMWxContext 1980s. I wanted a pair of black jeans that didn't show too much white weft causing a grey appearance, but I was also tired of all the pure black jeans that have come out in recent years.

The site photo accurately captures what the jeans look like in real life. Size 28 measurements are on what with what's on the site.

Pros: black hardware

Cons: I wish the back pockets were reinforced with some sort of cloth

Email them and they will hold the large.

Grey U-neck sz large. I need to loose 5-10 for it to fit the way I want. But overall love the feel!

They are sanforized. It's probably not necessary to soak them, to be honest we haven't done it yet, but I doubt they would shrink much.

I see. My worry is getting it wet would damage the garment eh.gif

Dude. It's a pair of jeans. How would getting denim wet possibly damage it? Relax.

I'm 6'4 160 - Should I do a XL or 2XL for a slightly loose fit in the Villain side zip?

Thanks!

On the subject of the Obsidians, how is the waist fitting for others? I'm a 31 and sized down to 30, which fits well everywhere, although the waist is looser than I'm used to on new denim. The top button is easy to close and there's some slack on the waist.

6'4" 160 is slim. 5'10" 155 lbs is a medium. Not so sure what to advise but I definitely do not think you need an XXL at 6'4 160 lbs.
