We did not change the fit of the t-shirts in any way. They run long by design, maybe that was what was being referred to? We have our measurements on the site. Most people do think they are slim - tts.

I think U-neck fits tts. And the U-neck is perfect, because it is not crew but is more open. I really love it and cannot wait to get it in grey and black.

Is there an estimated eta on the jersey hoodie and the xsmall sweats? I got a trip coming out to Florida at the end of the month so the hoodie will be handy out there.

Although I'm a big fan of the clothes, I have to say I am more than incensed with how ridiculous the cost is to get it shipped to me.

It was a $27 charge to send a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants to Canada, which is probably gonna take close to 2 weeks to actually get here. And then on top of that, $55 in import charges to boot when it arrives. So I end up paying damn near $100 on top of the price for the goods.

Love the stuff, but that is just insane to me, and is probably gonna stop me from ordering anything in the future.

same with us when we order from other countries. you just have to decide what is important to you. im not gonna go to other countries clothing/shoe lines websites or forums and complain becase I live in another country. if i want some boots that are 250 from another country theyd be 400 bucks by the time i paid all the costs. why would i go on their site and make a fuss?

The current shipping clearly sucks for non-US customers. But the J+E reps have repeatedly said it was a necessary shift and they are working on fixing it, so be patient.
In the meantime, there are other stockists (including some Canadian stockists) that you can try.

Is it possible to have an order shipped to a different location? I'm a Canadian customer but have a relative who lives in the US who will be visiting at the end of the month.

I am patiently waiting for few EU stockist, but I ordered from the states and paid a lot for duties, taxes and shipping but I had no choice, clothes are on point, but when they will be available in Europe it will be perfect.
