Couple questions about the new graphite denim:

  • Will they fade from grey to black as they wear?
  • I wear a 30 in the current raws. Would I go with the same size in the new fit (assuming the graphite is raw and not washed), and would they be looser or tighter in the thigh / seat?

Love your denim by the way, the indigo raws I have are my current go-to pair of jeans and the black coated denim have held up really well.

No they will not fade grey to black if I'm not mistaken. Get a 29 or 30 and you should be fine. These seem to be more wlim

By unit price, do you mean wholesale price? Usually retail vs wholesale is a 2.3 factor mark up, from your experience is it around there?

Duties/customs we get hit hard as Canadians and the best option is still ordering from JE site and I plan on making a big haul once they have in stock all my items.

In about a month, Obsidian, Cobalt, Carbon, and Coast will all be available in the new cut.

Again, the posted measurements only apply to the Graphite for now.

How would you compare the new fit to more popular denim cuts out there. Is it more like the 17.5cm Dior, APC Petite New Standard?

I have pretty muscular thighs from squats, but my calves aren't that big a deal. So if we have a a more tapered fit and not too tight of a top block would work.

Also for people who own the washed denim, would you saw JE's pictures are accurate? When I look at other sites like Revolve Clothing and Roden Gray, it seems the stacks and honeycombs aren't as pronounced as the JE's site.

Your best bet in ordering this denim is to go off of our measurements. It is very slim from the knee down and a bit looser in the top block, with a higher rise in the back and lower in the front. I recommend measuring a pair of jeans, flat, that you own and know fit you.

They taper closer to a 15.5 or 16cm cut, but are a bit looser in the top.

I got my XL escobar quilted sweatpants in. They are nice, amazing quality. Only issue is thigh is too loose for my preference but I can not find a L anywhere and I don't want them to be too short. Could you possibly tell me the difference in length between L and XL? It's weird the waist and lower leg are perfect but the thighs are pretty baggy. Also, if anyone was looking to size up from a L maybe we could make a trade. Thanks!

Wasn't the intent of the sweat to have a drop crotch? Making them looser in the thighs... I think people want these to be leggings.
