ohh ok, usps was the only shipping option for me anyways
i ordered 2 villains, via usps
maybe you should remove when it says "International custmers : your shipping cost now includes all duty, tax, and brokerage fees! You won’t be charged at the door!" at the view/edit card section.

this is misleading since usps was the only option for me.

Maybe because Canada isn't the only international country they ship to? Just a thought.

I did exactly the same and didn't wasn't provided a return label.  I'll contact Cody as well, as JE told you to

Just to confirm - for regular sizing issues or returns for reasons that are not our fault, we do not provide return labels. If the garment is mis-sized or otherwise damaged, and your return is resulting in a problem from our end, customer service should provide a return label.

hey guys, do most of you wear the same size dual flash zip as you do villain? I'm a large in the villain (medium is a bit too tight). Debating between a medium and large in the dual flash zip. Thanks in advance

well i just got charged 70 dollars custom charge for the JE stuff i ordered 2 weeks ago..

I thought on the website it says i wouldnt have to pay since its already included in the shipping .

anyone encounter this problem ? im from toronto canada btw

JE why is this ?

I don't understand why you would have to pay duties. The clothing is made in America and North America has a NAFTA trade agreement.

Honestly, I'd pass up on a piece of clothing if none of the sizes fit me well. I'm a true medium for the most part, and it just feels weird sizing up or down. Some pieces simply aren't meant to be for certain people, and we just have to deal with it. There are tons of alternatives out there for us. Maybe it's better to just go for the original JE one of look for one from a different brand.

Completely agree, not everyone can fit the JE long/slim fit. Better try something else than looking too awkward with it too tight and/or too long like a dress.

I like the look of the drawstrings but I guess it's good they have the option of both now kinda

Just a heads up for those of you who slept on the Loopwheel collection like myself... Mohawk General Store received pieces from the collection and their over the phone ordering is top notch. Free shipping within the US and same pricing as JE.com

You don't have to pay duties in to Canada - you are clear from that via NAFTA. Canadians are not, however, exempt from taxes into their respective cities and provinces, which we have no control over.

"Honestly, not for $100 over the terry. It's a nice piece but $298 is a lot for a sweater.....

My Villain Terry were 30% off from $198 which makes it even a better deal.

But I do like the loopwheel stuff, but hey.."

John kind of outdid himself making the normal villain so good with the custom Terry and old school/high quality stitching job... While this is nice if you don't own any, it's pretty much just a passion project/Dream collab

I say go for loopwheelif you don't own any of the models/colors already, but if you do you aren't necessarily missing out by not having the LW

I just called and they said they may have only started their order at Large since that's the smallest he was seeing for the whole collection, but I assume all the smaller sizes were sold out?
