When the issues started popping up, I emailed and I heard nothing back in 24 hours.

The minute I posted something on this thread, I got an email back in 5 minutes.

It's funny how you people think the shipping issues don't affect you, it does.

So when you have legitimate issues like your sweatpants are ripping at the seams and no one is replying because they are being bombarded with emails about tracking numbers, now you know why responses are delayed.

We can all post something here if we want, it's a message board. Don't like it? Not a damn thing you can do about it really.

If we weren't as vocal as we were, I'm pretty sure John Elliott would have stuck with Pittney Bowes for quite some time.

I'll let this thread continue back on sizing questions like the APC thread has evolved to become. There's probably 30 times more people asking about sizing questions then the shipping complaints thus far.

At least I know how to use a measuring tape, measure myself, use a sizing chart online, and choose the right size.

Damn the struggle is more real than I thought.

Dual flash does have new colors coming out. I know the dune color pics been out. As for an alternative, try to see If you can find the old Riga. Similar to the Rue, minus the zip

I already have the grey riga its actually my favorite JE piece I own. I have been hunting for more, particular the dual color ones but stores dont have them anymore, I even filled out a form at Revolve where they will ask the brand for special order of the item, which was denied and then JE confirmed here they were no longer going to produce more rigas.

Yeah I don't get why people are being so bothered by the shipping questions. Just don't read them and keep scrolling if it annoys you.

I have been dealing with the same issues and I have still not heard back from the two e-mails I have now sent so of course posting about it on the board is a last resort.

I've had my first Villain (black) for a while now, and it's been awesome. I just now took time to go through the Formation thing on JE's website, and I appreciate it even more now. Just wore the sand Villain for the first time yesterday with burgundy Escobars. Layered with a charcoal terry tee underneath, it's a killer color combo.

With that being said, I'd like to thank Brandi and JE for taking care of my issue and going the extra mile. In my situation, the reason I haven't receive my Black Friday package yet is simply because they didn't ship it out for whatever reason and failed to tell me so, even though I received a shipping confirmation email shortly after my order with "tracking".

Those are the 2 items I actually really wanted. am I the only one who had items cancelled? Maybe if I didnt preorder the villain my items would have been shipped out. So disappointed considering I have no charcoal or midnight navy

So I got the dark grey escobars and the LS Rebel yesterday. The fit is amazing on both items. I own a bunch of Nike techs pants but they gave me a serious diaper butt and didn't taper down from the knee enough. And the weight of the cotton is perfect. Never change the fit!

I put on the escobars and they fit like a glove, everything is so perfect about them.

And the ls Rebel is a slept on piece. I've never been a fan of mesh but it is such a simple, yet beautiful design/construction.

Before these 2 pieces I only had a villain hoodie wich I thought was ok, it didn't fit me like I wanted it too. But after getting the escobars and the Rebel, I finally understand the hype behind JE.

FYI, I just got my black friday package with pitch black villain. Got the Clash too, and wow, that piece looks dope in that color. Now I see why everyone begs for the charcoal villain.

Appreciate JE customer service--they're shipping the rest of my package with next day (which I'm not even looking forward to Bc it's nothing new). But nice gesture. Thank you guys. Clash crew coming in friday, excited about that.

Not whining, I love JE and will forever support and continue buying most things they come out with, But canceling my charcoal and midnight navy mercer tees after leading me on for 11 whole days thinking I'm Getting it ??...why :'(...those are the only two items I really really wanted from my order. #unforgivable

Now, back to wearing black, white, and grey, sigh.

I had my cast in cobalt canceled on me today too..it sucks but what can you do. Thought I was going to receive shipment soon but finally decided to email them and Brandi told me the bad news
