How to show/insert a url

How do you insert a url (say, an Ebay listing) into a post, so that other members can click on the url and go to the webpage that lists the Ebay item. I've tried testing on Ikonboard but can't seem to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

CLick on the HTTP button directly above in the add post window. Then when the dialogue window opens you paste or type in the url. then click ok then you have to type your name for the url . Keep in mind that you have to type in the HTTP part as well. That should do it. JJF
