How would you wear these vintage throwback blue gucci loafers

Don't you have to pair those with a little spoon around your neck and one nail longer than the others?
I saw some in that color that were suede -- looked a lot better than those, which are too glossy and look rather cheap in that photo.
Seriously, though. I'd wear the suede ones if I had the kind of money to buy expensive shoes with very limited utility. Open-necked shirt (white, light blue, or a blue & white stripe), white jeans or linen trousers, some kind of summer-weight sport coat or blazer. That would work well with brown bit loafers, too -- I actually want a pair of those.

Patent leather finish + baby blue = fail.
Though I love bit loafers, these are a bit too affected. Unless you often find yourself wearing white linen suits with grease stains where your hair falls at the shoulder, snorting mountains of coke off of high-dollar hookers and throwing disco-fueled parties on your yacht, there are better shoe options out there.

That's better. But I still wouldn't recommend suede for wear on a yacht.

Those are the ones I'd seen before. I like them much better than the blue patent, but jokes aside, I think the same shoe in brown would be much more wearable and every bit as stylish.
