The pictures I recall he used to look like a car crash. Those posted in this article are all good. Dunno if that's pure coincidence, or if he's tempered his look, or its just a momentary more minimalist phase he's moving through, but there's something to be admired in each one of those pics. Interesting responses too, it's nice to learn a bit of background about some of the people who post(ed) on here.

+1. LK looks outrageous at times, but he pulls it off without looking like a ridiculous caricature.

I once stumbled upon his LiveJournal. There were some really amusing posts, like this one

http://dic-tator.livejournal.com/74798.html

He was also on Diane Pernet's blog a few years ago. He apparently took Glenn Belverio to a North Korean government run restaurant in China

http://dianepernet.typepad.com/diane/2011/05/north-korean-cuisine-showgirl-couture-in-beijing-by-glenn-belverio.html

The whole mix of Diane Pernent, Glenn Belverio, LabelKing, and the North Korean government is just perfect.

I think of Label King every time I see a Continental Mark III.

Thanks for this. One of my all time favorite posters here. Shame he doesn't stop in from time to time..

True story, I spent a year in Beijing last year and while walking down a random sidewalk in a city of 20+ million LK walked past me going the opposite direction. Was wearing a camel/brown DB suit iirc.
