spotted in Brasil; please tell
me what its name is!

The front looks strangely Lancia-like. I am not sure what it is, I like its lines though.
I'll need to think aboiut it.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this is a production car. The body looks like it is fiberglass construction. I think it is an old early 80s kit car. Maybe built off a Pontiac Fiero rear engine chasis or something similiar.

Success! Rear quarter of the car has been found; words read: Bianco S. But still...what brand???

It sort of appears like an old Opel GT; but I think this may be a question for Full Canvas.

Puma was a Brazilian manufacturer and kit car provider. Like so many other cats, the company had nine lives. They began in the late 1960s or very early 1970s. If I am not mistaken, they were in business until the late 1980s.

They Bianco S in your photo is very much the same as the two pictured below. The car was likely built on a VW floorpan with a 1.6 or 1.8 litre air cooled four cylinder engine. As noted in a post above, the car bodies are fiberglass.

For a while, there was an America importer/kit supplier in Miami during the 1970s. They offered a model called the GTS. That was a little before the introduction of the Bianco S model. There are probably some enthusiast clubs to be found on the Internet. Various Puma models are still regularly in use on the streets of Sao Paulo and Rio.
