Hanwood 10 is a nice ruby port, shouldn't be overly hard to find.
Hmm, maybe it's different country by country. Wikipedia is right on the boulevardier, except it's generally served up instead of on rocks (and some people prefer the 2nd version with rye whiskey).
As for the aperol spritz/ campari soda thing, I find it interesting you say a campari soda is made with prosecco and bitters (In the western world a campari soda simply means that- campari, soda water, and often a slice of orange for garnish) and yet an aperol spritz is, as you said, always with prosecco.
Does anyone have tips for this? Drinks/cocktails that are easy to make that are pretty low in calorie count? Good sipping liquors that won't break the bank?
Or drink cheap wine (my favorite), and not a lot of it. Also, it's spring, so exercise more. That's probably not really want you wanted to hear, but cocktails and "sipping liquors" are generally not a low-cal business. ~100 cal/35mL of liquor (listed average, obviously varies) iirc, vs. ~150 cal/6-8 oz of wine (again, varies). Also I am not a nutritionist, so I could have just made those numbers up.
I probably won't taper off my drinking too much for another month, since it's like 3 weeks till graduation...
But I work out nearly every day for 1-2 hours really intensively, end up dropping some serious poundage, then putting it right back on when the weekend rolls around. been like this for like 2 months now.
And as far as cocktail recs, I was more talking about things that were basically hard A with a little flavor enhancer like lime juice or pomegranate juice, with club soda etc
You must be doing a hell of a lot of drinking to be putting on weight while you're working out 1-2 hours a day and eating healthily.
