Help with Modern Tailor Shirt (Fabric bunching between collar and shoulder)

Hey everyone!

I ordered a couple MTM shirts on line through Modern Tailor utilizing measurements from a well fitting shirt.  My main issue, as you can see from the pics, is the extra fabric between the collar and shoulders.  I know the pic's are not great, but any suggestions on how to rectify this issue would be most appreciated.  Also, if you have comments on anything else you see as far as the fit is concerned please let me know.  I am a big fan of finally having some clothing that fit better than OTR, and think I'm very close to having some excellent shirts!  Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I have laundered this and all others from my order at least 5 times (cold wash and air dry).

Measurements in inches-

Collar: 15.75

Half Chest: 20.88

Half Waist: 18.25 (thinking this may be a bit to snug compared to chest)

Half Hip: 20

Sleeve: 24.75

Half Bicep: 7

Cuff: 8.5

Yoke: 17

Shoulder: 5.5

*Also going to add a bit on the arm holes as they are a bit snug.

Best thing would be to send the pictures to Modern Tailor and ask their opinion.
You appear to have sloping shoulders and the yoke of the shirt is a bit narrow.

Thanks for the info.  I was hoping this may be a quick fix by adjusting my measurements and ordering a few more shirts.  I am able to send the shirts back to Modern Tailor for them to try and fix, but unfortunately I do not have a great wealth of shirts to wear to work every day while they work to determine a solution.

It has to do with shoulder slope of the yoke. If you try make your shoulders slope downwards even more, the bunching will disappear.

Well the shirt looks pretty good besides that.

Thanks hymo, would you suggest adding maybe .5inch to the shoulders (collar to shoulder seam) on the next shirt?  If so should I also add to the yoke?

I'm not sure what the cause of that is, but the shoulder seam looks like it's too high on your shoulder.

Funny you say that.  After adding those pics to the post I thought the exact same thing.  It looks at least a half inch too short.  Thanks for the observation!
