I have a problem with an eBay purchase. The tie was nice and seemed to be as described, but the seller folded it (not rolled) and put it in a priority envelope. When I took it out, it had folds pressed at intervals, and it was very visible. I hung it up on a coat hanger to see if they disappear after hanging, but what should I tell the seller?Originally Posted by josepidal
