Anyone know if it's possible to authenticate an Hermes belt online somewhere? I needed a new strap for my Quentin belt and made an offer for an H-buckle belt and price was accepted (figured the low price was due to people finally realizing the H is quite gaudy). Once I received the belt I didn't' even need to open it to establish it was a fake. Chinese signs on the bottom of the bag, the dry texture of the box gave it all away and when opening it was quite entertaining to read the sub-par english used on cards, receipts and so on (not to mention the belt itself). Seller claims he didn't know it's a fake which of course is a lie. He did offer to take the belt back but I really want it destroyed in order to prevent it being sold to someone else. Paypal wants me to show a document from Hermes stating that the belt is fake but unfortunately the Hermes shop is temporarily closed for a few weeks were I live. Is there anywhere I can get this deemed a fake in an official way online?

Other option is to handle it through my credit card thus I'm not worried about the money but would like this done in best possible way.
