I don't own a cardigan but I keep looking at these Barbas. I love their shirts. I can't find a pic of an actual person wearing this or something similar, but I know I've seen someone here wearing one very similar, maybe in the thrift thread.

Anyways, I would wear it over a button down with jeans or chinos mostly.

I find the weave pretty interesting, but not sure of the arms being contrast/plain. Can't tell if this is too hipster or maybe Mr. Rodgers.

Thoughts?

Hard to say. It's not really dressy, nor is it particularly streetwear (too short for that, IMO); it's more "weekend in the country cabin." I can both see it working and see it being one of those garments that somehow never feel "just right." Again, hard to say.

Here's a more "street" cardigan (from American Apparel):

(Neither styling nor cardigan is very great, but hopefully you get the idea.)

That is too hipster for me. I am thinking this would a sub for a sport coat in the winter with nice jeans for wool chinos or cords, which is my norm.

I like the Barba very much.

The NAA (pronounced 'nahh') on the other hand, is a nightmare.

OK. As I wrote, I fear it might be a bit dowdy for dressy wear, but it'll probably be right at home in more homely contexts.

LOL, yeah, not the best poster boy for that look, but the best a quick search could unearth.

Actually looks like he bought that one. Wouldn't be my first choice -- or hundredth. Perfect color to wash out your complexion (unless you're black, in which case it might work).
