My $70 JCrew shirt has been a workhorse for the last 5 years. This is a casual shirt usually displayed untucked with jeans or cords. I also wore it under sweaters and cardigans. I wore it under sport jackets. The collar was small and soft. Since it wasn't a button down collar, it was just dressy enough to wear a casual knit tie, but it was too casual for dress pants and formal ties. Is there a name for this style of shirt?
One of the best fitting OTR shirts I've ever bought. It needed no alterations for a 7-8in drop. The torso was very slim and tapered. The sleeves were the same. It was short, and could be worn untucked.
The elbows finally both disintegrated. I need a replacement, as this shirt is a staple of my wardrobe. Can anyone help me find a replacement?
Here is a photo of the actual shirt.

This is close, but it has buttons on the collar.

The azure colored one here is too denim in color, but has the correct collar.
This looks a little too casual to dress up. Why?
