J. Murphy made in Italy

First,  much thanks to all previous helpful info from everyone.

I wonder if there is experience with the J. Murphy line form Johnston & Murphy ?  Are they similar to Crown Aristocrats or more like Meltons ?   From the pictures attached, the leather looks good, and they appear to be welted.  In addition to quaity concerns, I'm also interested in comfort.  Thanks very much.

I use J&M for bad weather days/other beater purposes. Most of them are more comfortable than most of my AE's. But yes, serious quality issues. J. Murphy also appears to be a line they sell at Men's Wearhouse which does not bode well.

Not a fan of the idea of used shoes in general, but I would really caution against buying preowned J&M.
