Anyone here know how Uniqlo selvage jeans fit? True to size or vanity sized like APC and the like? Do I need to size down or not?

And in general are they a good purchase at about 70 dollars?

Yeah, but biker jackets are a bit bulky. Something like if that and mod jacket had a baby. Something tighter and falls straighter on the body. Thanks for the lead.

Which model? They have 3 cuts: skinny, original/slim, relaxed straight; the designations are S-000, S-001, S-002 respectively.

I'd get them true to size. However, feel free to size down one if you are skinny, have no ass and/or don't mind the pain of stretching jeans to fit at waist.

As for your second question, yes, they're a good buy at full retail.

Well, I had already worn them for a fairly long time so they were already beat up and broken in. I didn't really notice much aesthetic difference after, other than the shrinking.

I don't really like the whole side zipper thing, but to each his own. If you like it and think you can pull it off, get it. Maybe get it even if you don't think you can pull it off.

You should not expect very high quality with Kenneth Cole. You are paying mostly for the design, not the quality.

The pants or the polo? Neither has a fit that is very salvageable, even in a tailor's hands. The pants seem at least two or three sizes too large, and a tailor would have to slim not just the waist, but also the seams. Basically every alterable portion of the pants would have to be altered. The polo's shoulders, meanwhile, are slung about two inches past your natural shoulders, which would make it very difficult for a tailor to slim it, since it's not even close to your body to begin with. If you can, return both.

Cuff or no cuff PBJ005 with Frye Brandos? Normally I'd wear them with desert boots but they're wet, wet, wet and I gotta go out soon

Somebody said today that I look like Hiro Nakamura. Which definitely is a bummer, since it means I'm probably not badaZZ enough to wear the jacket without looking stupid. But I'm still so undecided!
