Hey, I am selling a friends jacket that he says is new. It still has the Hickey Freeman sleeve logo thingy. What is that called? and does this count as being NWT since it still has the sleeve logo thingy?

I have a dark navy, pinstriped suit that I plan on wearing for my wedding. I am looking for a pair of shoes I can wear sans socks (summer wedding) that would go well. The suit is RLBL. I don't know much about shoes but I generally know when I like something, however, any suggestions are viable, budget is secondary. Also worth noting, I have a size 12.

Unless the store tag is still intact, the jacket is only new without tag at best. A lot of people don't remove the sleeve label at first wearing simply because they don't know better. Same with the pockets sewn shut deal.

If the sleeves are unfinished and basting thread are still intact, you might have a case. Even then, it probably still new without tag (the key word, really).

What is the best online retailer to buy denim from if you need it shipped to Canada?

Most of the retailers I seem to find either don't ship to Canada.. or if they do, the deal is killed with $30+ shipping.

I feel like I'm just jumping in here, but can someone explain 'anti-fit' ? I searched this thread and haven't found this answered. It's not in the denim terminology thread either.

Does it mean the denim is cut to intentionall leave sag in the ass? That's the best I can come up with...

Pretty much. It's the opposite of a "proper" fit that follows the contours of the body. Here's Levi's definition of it:

for white/white canvas shoes.... jack purcells or vans authentics? also, if i'm a 7 in chucks and 8 in authentics, what size would i go with for JP's? (im guessing an 8?)

A small amount of money is still money. The most expensive purchases are those you don't wear much... Look on eBay or something.

Go with Authentics if the convenience of slipons is important to you. Personally I think Purcells look better.

And yeah, go with size 8 for JP.

How do I know if I should get APC rescue or APC new standard? I dont like wearing baggy jeans, but I do have large muscular thighs. Also, why are the APC jeans available in only 34 inseam? Im usually a 32.
