You can get much cheaper alternatives made from forum members like unlucky.
1) You can keep checking the Gilt calendar to see. 2) Shirts, ties, shoes... You know, what BoO normally sells.

nothing is wrong with those shoes, matter of fact I'm putt on a pair of black/tan ones now. I would only wear them with jeans and a T though, super casual.

Last time I checked, Chucks, Jacks, Vans, Stans and Sperrys were as much or less than Onitsuka.

It's not all about $$$ brands.

yeah, onitsuka are godly over priced. I bought mine for $25 used off ebay, I mostly workout in them because they are decent shoes for squatting. edit: Nice name, now I know who has Bona Drag as a user name because I tried to use it as mine

So on the Rugby RL site they have the peacoat listed as 199.99 (on sale). However, when you go to put in on the cart it charges you 229.99 (not including tax or shipping, which are still 0). I called customer service to complain about the advertising of one price while charging another price and was pretty much told, "Sorry, our website lists some prices wrong. The price in the shopping cart is the correct one." I kept trying to explain to them that was messed up and that I didn't appreciate false pricing, but no luck.

Any suggestions as to what to do? how would you handle a situation like this?

Ask to talk to a manager? Usually if you bitch and moan enough, they'll hook you up. I find it a little degrading, though, so it would take more than $30 for me to pull out all the stops.
