There is no way to tell as the shoes you are buying are probably made by a different manufacturer than mine. Pm Socal, he would likely be a bigger help and I don't think that he checks this thread.

I was hoping to get some none partial advice on which jacket to get. I´ve been trying to decide for the last two days now, but I´m sort of stuck. I was thinking it should function as a casual jacket during the spring. I sort of like the black jacket due to the collar that´s kind of different, but also the outside fabric which is kind of glossy. But then on the other hand I like the green one as well since it´s a great looking color, and I really like the reversability. I´d say that the only con I´ve come up with so far is that the reversible jacket is a polyester jacket, which sadly makes it no so good for our rainy conditions in Sweden.

Some thoughts would be very much appreciated.

Why not wear them stacked?

As long as they are slim. If they are baggy it isn't a great idea to stack, IMO. If they are bootcut or a baggy straight leg, you can get them hemmed or cuff them. Keep in mind that if you get them hemming it might be wise to do a soak (especially if the denim isn't sanforized) because they could shrink later and wind up too short.

Hey. Is there a reason why no one talks about G-star Raw denim? Is there something wrong with them? I know they tend to be flashy and overdone but their new 3301 series is their most understated to date. Just curious.

Lack of quality compared to other denim at similar price point.

Newb question but for those with proxy experience, is it a whole lot cheaper to order something from Japan than to order from BiG?

Would like to order some pbj xx-005 from the website but the whole process (shipping, proxy maybe, conversion dollar to yen) would amount up to something similar to BiG.

Can anyone recommend jeans with a fit similar to Helmut Lang's classic bootcut? I have big legs from soccer and no other pair of jeans has fit me as well as those (small waist but generously sized around the quads). Sadly, they are starting to wear out. Bonus points for a dark wash and a raw denim option.

I think you'd end up saving about $15-20 bucks or something. But it's more hassle, plus you can't return it if they don't fit. The resale value for raw japanese jeans isn't super high either. I've seen people lose $60 on a pair of brand new flathead3001s.
