Hi,

Been looking for a W+H tiger fleece hoodie for the longest time. I've been going through the supermarket at SuFu and the B/S forum here with no luck for quite some time now. What are some places where I can just order it direct, and do they ship to the US?
Thanks.

I was thinking of getting weird guy deep indigo selvedge jeans from naked and famous but now im seeing that there is a lot of differing opinions about them. Does anyone have a picture of them on by any chance? If not I think im just going to go with APC, can anyone suggest a nice slim fitting raw jean from APC that I can break in over months?

Everyone recommends New Standards for a reason. New Cure are skinny and I haven't tried Petit Standard but they have a lower rise so I'm not interested. Rescue are fuller. Hipster cut is for girls. That's about it.

Fred Segal in Santa Monica has them, but I don't know what sizes.

Can anyone tell me how the sizing on the BoO ocbd's compare to RRL ocbd's? I'm looking into purchasing a BoO oxford in black; however, my only experience with slim fitting ocbd's are RRL, which fit me perfectly.

Lots of different high end jeans come in long inseams. Both APC New Standards and Rescues come with 36+ inseam length, but I don't really like the quality on either of these. If you were willing to pay more check out a few of the different brands on selfedge, the Dry Bones Red-D comes with a 39" inseam.

To recommend a pair of jeans it is important to know what type of cut you are looking for. Do you want a tapered leg, a boot cut, a straight leg, a slim cut, a relaxed cut, etc?

I have a pair of SFAM standard in brown munich wash. (the material feels stiff, so I think it is raw/dry).

I am a size 32. This pair of SFAM has a tag size 32 as well. Hip and thigh fit quite well. However, the waist is bit loose (especially at the back). The waist measured as 33" (without any stretch)

I have worn them for about 15-20 times. Right now I am thinking to get them shortened. Before I take them to my tailor, people suggest that I should sock them in lukewarm water to shrink them.

Since the waist is too loose, should I pre-soak the waist part in hot water to get more shrinkage? Will this work? How about putting them into a dryer? Yes or no?

TIA

1. Raw / dry jeans are denim without any distressing and have a straight indigo color. I've seen 7FAM brown munich wash IRL and it's not raw indigo.

2. The denim in your 7FAM has been factory washed more than a few times in the process of achieving its current state... Needless to say, further washing/soaking wouldn't shrink them by any significant amount. May be 1-2%, but that's only after you wear them and stretch them out (in other words, it recovers the original sizing, to a degree).

I would either (a) always wear a belt, or (b) get another pair in one size smaller, (c) get another cut in, preferably, better denim.

I really appreciate your response. Here are a few pictures I picked up online showing the color of the wash. I would like to confirm these are NOT dry/raw. (BTW, what does "straight indigo" mean?). These do not look to have any distressing & the hand feel is some what stiff (or at least, this wash does not look like a typical wash of SFAM, sorry that I am a noob here)

I really hope it can have some shrinkage in the waist area, as I like them a lot.

TIA
