Does anyone have a good tailor in waterloo ontario? I went to king street west but the guy charges like 25$ to get sleeves shortened. Insane prices.

Thanks for the info about the Stan Smith's

I went to Macy's and picked up a Club Room oxford and an Oscar De La Renta cotton pullover for $60 total. So now that they've been bought -- in general how good are these brands? I'm hoping for 2-3 years out of them (until Im out of grad school and gainfully employed).

How tight should you pull the tape measure when you measure your chest. Should you measure right under the armpits?

As far as scarves, I think one of each is the way to go. Don't be afraid to add some color man, seriously.

Hmm, well how much layering is needed with the Inapt peacoat? I think it'll be easier if I just by a Sterlingwear. If I'm a 34 size chest, would sizing down to 32 be okay?

Also, for the scarves, if I'm wearing a black peacoat, I was probably going to buy a grey scarf (or is black on black better?) but I don't really know which nice color scarf I could buy. I'll probably be wearing the sand suede desert boots/ grey converse/ white vans, with dark denim, black peacoat.

Also any good brands? (Remember I'm budget). I know that EG has nice plaid scarfs, but I'm not sure if it would go well with the peacoat.

Thanks!

http://www.uniqlo.com/us/

Find their link to the NY (US) location. Order via phone only. Or go to the shop in Soho, NY. No online orders, but if they stock it, which they'll check when you order, it'll ship next day.

I was pleased. Product is good quality for the price too.

No. Be careful though what jeans you wear with them. Try them on with a few different pairs of jeans and look in the mirror.

How so? Could you provide an example or two of when it would stray into "dad-outfit" territory? That would be helpful.
