Perfetto has been on my radar for a while, but I just stumbled upon their wares again reading the Pitti thread and I can't for the life of me find a single place on the interwebs that carries them. I managed to find their website:

http://www.vinaseiko.com/

But it's in Japanese/isn't coded correctly to even try google translating and there really isn't much of any useful information on price, retail offerings, etc save for the pictures of their gorgeous footwear. They list a few French retailers but upon looking those up they only have a very limited selection and I fear ordering from there would be nearly as painful as ordering from Japan.

I've done a good bit of searching on SF, SuFu, and exhausted my google-fu. Tons of honorable mentions but absolutely nothing on where to kop.

Just look at dem jawnz:

I've got a serious hankering for a pair of tweed spat-boots and possibly a pair of house slippers. Anybody care to shed some light?

Also: Wasn't sure if this was more fit for MC or SWD, IMO it's on the fine line that divides the two. New age trad = SWD?

Looks great. But may be a pain to maintain.

how can you clean the fabric when it's soiled? Need extra care when polishing the leather too

Use the following link - unfortunately the light tan is not available but the price is exceeding reasonable. Fortunately I work at an organization with virtually every native speaker on site. I've gotten this far - so price and availablitiy is there - am arranging with him to call to inquire about some items not shown and to determine how to order/deliver. Please note IE hid many of the side panels required to select the brand - however, once done you have the keys to the heavenly shoe kingdom. (I used Mozilla)

All - The on line catalog represents the shoes they carry - but not necessarily the shoes in stock. They have various stores that are "plugged into" this web site. As best as I can determine. Its been a cumbersome process but with the assist of a native speaking friend and colleague this just might work out.

However: I'm not certain if the store wants to repeat this process. They are not set up to do business in the on line order pay ship we are accustomed to. The representative I've been working with has been very generous with his time and extremely helpful - however his English is limited my Japanese - what little I had - long forgotten. I've just sent out an email the other day finalizing my request and seeking payment options. I'll let you know how it goes. The on line catalog is just that - a catalog of shoes - not a mechanism to purchase.
