No, I've actually  been wanting these pair of EGs for awhile now. I think it might be time to pull the trigger on them instead.

And yeah that green or maybe green shark is very tempting.

Surprised nobody has mentioned getting a seamless wholecut yet that would definitely be one of my top choices too

I would get that in a heartbeat if I could just narrow my sizing. For me Bonafe sizing has been one big clusterf#$&.

I only had a lack with boot on 804 last.

I just cannot believe how high Bonafe insteps are.

Have you seen EG's rainbow calf? LOL

I hear EG Zebra might just be the latest trend. LOL

@laufer : Sorry to hear about your problems with the instep on the 946 EB last.  Did you find that the toebox was also narrower than Carmina's Rain?  If so, I might have to go G width as well.

Ordered my Enzo MTO. Black Calf austerity V-Cap Adelaide (like G&G Gable).

It's tough for guys with low insteps to fit in almost any RTW brand. I should know, I'm in the same boat as you. I have 2 pairs of EB on the 946 last, both wholecuts. The instep is a touch high, but the length of my toes make up for the volume, if that makes any sense. I find the 946 last still has a lower instep then Carmina rain. It definitely has less toe room too, from what I can tell. I own shoes on the rain last as well.

My next make up will probably be on the chiseled round last, the 74945. Patrik says that it fits like Carmina forest, which for me actually feels the best of all Carmina's lasts I've tried. If only the styling of it was a little sexier smile.gif

Really tempted on a gold museum calf jodhpur on the 804 last with norvegese

Very similar to this (http://www.skoaktiebolaget.se/collections/enzo-bonafe/products/enzo-bonafe-jodhpur-boot)

Is 804 or 74945 lower in instep? I thought 804 was, but more than once it's been mentioned 804 fits like rain and 74945 fits like forest.

@Leaves Do you have swatches for the different colors of buffalo?
