Would definitely be interested.  I think all we need is 3 right?  Would want to see a sample of the darker brown of which you speak.  Also, I'm not totally crazy about the super sharp chiseling, but could overlook that.

Norvegese + vibram sole + fur. Just for reference.

Veni, @Leaves will have to let us know, I don't recall.

Ah.  Yeah I'm just not that into that.

If I go that route I will gladly pay my 15% premium. If not, perhaps we will have an easy time rounding up 3. Either way I need to take a breather on boots for a while!

If we can agree on a grained leather, I would definitely be down for this makeup.

I am stuck on 4 for my Thorpe makeup, so happily would go the Bonafe route instead.

Not to piss on anybody's parade, but a boot such as this which will cost north of 700$ should look like a boot that costs north of 700$ smile.gif A boot with a heavy lug sole plus storm welt plus everything but the kitchen sink speaks to me of "utilitarian." Slogging through mud and slush and crap. These won't perform well as a shit kicker even if they look the part.

Disagree. I'm not contemplating the boot in the pic, just to be clear. And I'm really not asking anyone else to join me if/when I go this route. This is all months out for me so I will stop commenting on my plans for now.

Oh ok - my mistake then.

why wouldnt it perform as a shit kicker?

Because it's still a smooth calf leather - not CXL or waxed, etc.

@Leaves I have a almost perfect fit on all GG lasts in 6.5E.  What is the size for Enzo Bonafe I should take?
