You are most welcome.

I just realised I forgot these were in the 804 last and I'd had mine made half a size too big.

I was involved in too many GMTOs and must have got confused.
Shit.

Know the feeling. Both of my 946 GMTOs were half size too small and I was worried these would be as well. Happy that the 804 is a little wider at ball of foot but still has the chiseled toebox.

804 has a chiseled toe box? Are you sure? 804 is more almond like than chiseled.

My apologies, misspoke...846 has chiseled and you're correct, 804 is more almond.

Quite keen to do this as an MTO, but checking to see if I can lower the cost if there are other interested parties.

Style: 3966 (or 3200MOD)... deciding if I should add a medallion
Leather: vitello bolet with burnished toe and heel
Last: 804
Hand welted, Bombè construction, i.e. a 270 degrees hand welting process where the sole edges near the waist of the soles are rounded on both sides

Lining: purple goat (open for other colours)
Sole edge: dark brown (or is natural better?)

Sole: single leather, donkey back beveled sole, flushed metal toe taps
Laces: flat, dark brown

So basically, it will be this upper and last:

With this sole (or maybe in natural colour):

Any interest? Pls shout out or PM me.

Still checking on prices and whether every shoe in the GMTO needs to get toe taps. Indicative price is 4480 SEK + 400 SEK for toe taps.

I checked.

Everyone needs toe taps. Price will be 4880SEK (=4480+400), or about US$592 based on conversion rate from xe.com.

So far, 1 more person is interested, so we need 2 more for this to go ahead. Anyone?

What would be an estimated delivery time for these?

about 4 months wait + 1 month holiday break for Enzo Bonafe in August, so probably mid to end-October?

I might be interested in this MTO but I'm not crazy about the toe taps.

Hi, Gents. How well do Skoak trees fit GG shoes, and what size do you suggest for GG size 9E?

I find the Skoak trees fit GG shoes pretty well in terms of shape, though they are at least half size larger than GG. Here are some comparison of Skoak travel trees in UK size 6 vs GG generic trees in UK 6.5F and TG73 lasted trees in UK6.5E.

Not sure why I am not able to upload the pictures from my phone. Will try again later.
