Some pictures I've seen it looks like a dark brown shoe with a little more character, in others it seems to have very reddish overtones, almost like a mid-brown/burgundy mix. Considering it as a staple brown dress shoe.. would it work like that?

I'd call it chestnut. Brown with warm/reddish undertones.

GMTO - 4+ same width - then can we get additional width added?
Or do we need 4+ in the same width and only 1 width per GMTO?

First eight need to be consecutive width then we can add more widths but only a few Bonafè lasts actually allow different widths.

I am writing this refering to the new Enzo Bonafe Penny Loafers by the way. Anyone who can comment on this?

@Leaves I am thinking about what the Enzo Bonafe Pennys could be worn with. Would you consider the pictures to be true to colour or are they more maybe a tad darker in reality?

I don't have much experience with Blake Rapid. As for comfort it should be about the same. A Blake Rapid makes the look very slim in this setup, with a single leather sole. It's slightly less durable as a construction though, and less water resistant but as this is a loafer I don't see any problems with this.

Great, thank you.  So most likely any GMTO run through Skoaks webpage, may be able to get a different width (last dependant)

(I assume you get 8+ participants per GMTO in 1 width).

For example I could get a 946E in the Chelsea boot on offer.

@leaves is the bonafe loafer available in smaller sizes?

Oh. Uh, you're right. They look good on you.

That color green is def. outside my comfort zone.

I thought it was more subtle. Looks different than the instagram pics too.

Fingers crossed!

Thanks for posting your pics.

What polish or creams should we use - Saphir Hermes Red? Maybe that and one other one in that shade - forget the name but a little more brown. I bet a blend of the two will create a great patina over the years...

Great choice guys and I can't wait to get my pair!!!

yes it makes sense to primarily use just a conditioner and then occasionally use hermes red. I guess you could also alternate with some of the browns as well to add even more depth to it, which I will probably do over time, but the Kudu doesn't need much care all the time.
