 . I thought its only me but I have the same experience with EB 946 last and TG73 last. But MH71 E width fits good.
I sized down half a size for EB 804 last on the Jodhpur boots but feels very snug and maybe overtime it will loosen up.
How is your experience on the EB 804 last and 74945 last ?

I went a half a size up on 74945 last from 804 last.

Looking at the Skoak pic, I'm digging the contrasting braided laces, and a second pair of flat laces will be included anyway so we are good:

Sounds damn good, if I must say so myself.

Looking forward to this one. Definitely.

I have one interesting question though, for all those people who have used this particular type of braided laces.

If you wish to change them, do you guys cut the ends off?

I'm glad you asked this because I have been wondering that this whole time.

I believe we have enough interests for a GMTO question to Bonafe, @Leaves.

Haha.

Okay G&G F Company, let's move to the next step.

First, we have new members joined in from the G&G thread, bringing our number to around 15.

@bsmw

@Shawl Lapel

@emiristol

@itraxx

I don't think PMs will work with that many, so we'll have the discussion over on the G&G thread as to what model(s) can get subscribed for an F width GMTO.  Please head over there to continue the discussion.

What I suggest is that you each compile a short wish list of a few pairs you would like to pursue via GMTO through Skoak. Please suggest options you would actually go for if enough members are with you.  This way we can hopefully see the models that have the best chance of being subscribed.

Please also indicate preference for last, material, and colour for each choice - or if you are open to multiple variations on a given model, indicate that as well.  Flexibility helps.

If you have pics of the model you are proposing, that's even better for relative newbies like myself, and generally visuals help anyway.

Top of my list is an Arran on MH71 in smooth calf, hatch or grain, reasonably open as to colour.  I'll add a couple more but feel free to start adding yours.

:drool:

Just enough brogueing/detail to draw the eye in, but remain classy as hell.  Well done sir.
