My favorite last is Carmina's Rain last and the 946 feels just like the Rain but is just a skosh longer. The 74945 feels similarly but a little more volume, particularly in the instep, and in general feels a little more relaxed. I haven't worn either of them for very long, but the 74945 just feels like it could go longer in the day before my feet start to complain. All things considered, both shoes are the finest in my collection. The EB dress shoes actually makes me excited to wear a black shoe.

Thanks for the detailed description. Did you wind up taking the same size in both?

Whats the difference of the 74945 Vs. Rain at the toe box in terms of volume and width?.  Does the 74945 tapers the same way Rain does?.  I normally wear UK 8.5 (Forest/Oscar/606) but in Rain a need to size up .5 to secure my pinky toe. Thanks for your feed back.

I wear UK 11 in Carmina Rain and UK 11.5 in Bonafé 74945 and both lasts fits very snug and nicely. For reference I also wear UK 11.5 F in G&G MH71. All three of these lasts fits me very well, especially the 74945 and MH71.

To the member who purchased the Carmina forest green boots what color belt are you planning to wear them with?

How does the Llubi last fit? It says it's a wider last. I am a UK 9.5 in the Hiro last for Meermin. Should I go with UK 9?

Hi Leaves,

Does Skoak shoe tree work well  with Dover on 606 last?

Yeah, I use our own trees for many of my EG shoes.

Hello Leaves, please help on Llubi last fit. I am between a UK 9 and 9.5. Should I go with UK 9?

Thanks, Patrik! I'll be using that code!

I actually have a green belt, so I will go with that.
