The cavernous volume of the Grant last probably helped, too.

Thanks for the heads-up. It should be fixed now.

Any plan to restock the Carmina Polo suede boot? Looks like you are out of my size UK 11

It will most likely be restocked again. Please e-mail us to be placed on our waiting list for the time being.

Just a head's up, because pre-orders for GMTO require a 50% deposit up front, I wasn't given the option to use FedEx free shipping because the deposit was just under 1500 SEK. Now, from what I'm reading this may have been a blessing in disguise as fees seem like they're going to be much higher than the $17ish I'll be paying via USPS, but I just wanted to bring it up in case you weren't aware of this.

Please e-mail us and we will help you to sort this out.

You deserve it, and I generally appreciate what you and the rest  of the Skoak crew and your boss does.

Thank you,

I might have some boots, but I probably wouldn't have any shoes if it weren't for him. LOL

Is there some trick for getting your feet into these things without unlacing the entire boot? This is my first pair without speed hooks and I'm not enjoying it thus far!

Takes longer for sure but I just loosen the top half all the way just short of taking it out of the holes and use the pull tab / shoe horn. Rather do that then unlace. Can you share photos please so @dddrees can rest easy?

Ugh, I've deliberated on this all week but I've decided to pass on getting the Pearl St. James II. I won't have enough USD to spare and I still have my burgundy Carmina adelaides coming in next month.

At least now I won't have to worry about finding a matching belt. (Who the heck sells grey belts?) To those who are getting them, what belt are you thinking to pair it with?

i hope that you don't regret it.

How that is a good question. Where can we get a nice grey belt? Can we order one from GG or have Skoak order us one?

Sorry to hear that. Many of us have been down that path and many of us regret it after the shipment comes in. Best of luck to you!

I think black works. It matches some of the color, don't need to match all of it. Or you can match something else like your tie or shirt. Otherwise maybe skoak can help.

Yea i know how that is. I did that with a couple of special GG's over the past year and still regret them.

Yea i can see black working and i don't always match my belt to the exact color of the shoes. I try to blend when possible to make it interesting on the less formal attire. I just wonder if Skoak can get us the belts in the same colors if desired.
