^ Thank you! I see, I've heard from the Cordovan "shortage". I contacted the Carmina sales team and they said there were no shell ladies collections coming up but MTO would be an option. So I figured it would be nice to find a group ... but you might be right and a single MTO might work better.

Depending on your size some American shoe makers will make a shell shoe for you. They can go as low as 5.5D or 6D which I think is 7.5 or 8 womens. I haven't gone the shell route yet but my wife wears 2 mens boots in size 6D and she's pretty happy with it.

Depending on the make up, I'll be in on this GMTO your cooking up.

For Info: Carmina doesn't offer shell for GMTOs at the moment.

Being that this is an Affiliate thread and they actually do sell Carmina, you might want to contact Skoaktiebolaget <sales@skoaktiebolaget.se> thay are generally very helpful, and they also have very friendly Carmina prices.

Besides they really do know their stuff and they could really provide you with some great guidance with your purchase.

By the way I'm not a paid sponsor, just a very satisfied customer. LOL

^ Thanks! I have contacted the Skoaktiebolaget team.

@watchidiot, that's also a very valuable input. I'll look out for this option. 7.5 is on the larger side for my feet but might work.

For some reason they are my best fitting pair. Not sure if it's the veldt that makes them fit smaller?

It's all in your head. You're a 7.5.

With a pair of Zugs, fit is secondary, owning and holding them over others heads is more important. LOL

But seriously, his don't fit?

Quoting for truth. I have enjoyed the purchasing experience more than I enjoy wearing them.

From beginning to end the whole experience was one of the best shoe or boot purchases Ii've been part of so far.

I have a few pairs that fit .5 too big. I would not say these are one of them but @tifosi is playing zug mind games with me.

Even if I ever sold them they wouldn't be to him! I begged and pleaded with him to order these and he wouldn't listen to me (shock and awe emoticon)
