Does Carmina offer a last that would fit a 13EEE or am I out of luck completely?

they do have lasts for large sizes like this and they are fairly wide as it is. They do offer some wider fitting lasts, so they may be able to accommodate you. I would ask @Leaves just to make sure.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful pictures. The color seems to be fairly dark blue, navy I would say.
