We woud need 1 more in that case if anyone wanna change width.
Do evryone want single or double dainite sole?

And @Leaves is it posible to get a thin middle leather sole if we do not want the double dainite sole?

We completely understand and respect your decision. We'll check in with LF if they can do a run of those boots in single Dainite.

Changing directions here a little bit. Would you be amenable for doing a boot in this design

Would it be possible to do this boot on the Robert last, single Dainite?

This, I will do.

Leaves, any plans for the polo suede on shoes instead of boots?

I believe there is a heavy stitch split toe shoe (similar to Alden NST) planned for April timeframe. Should be a killer makeup

Given your suede Dover craving, this could be a good way to dip your toes into Carmina (pun was NOT intended, would try for a better pun).

Of course, I suspect you would still want the Dover, so maybe not… Problems, problems…

In other news, I'm debating another MTO before the deadline. My heart says yes but my wallet says no.

You are probably exactly right about the Carmina. Although the new stitching style is more Alden than EG so I may not feel like I'm trying to replace the Dover.

I have the same dilemma, Buda. I think that since I haven't done it yet...my wallet has won. Besides...with the Alden Tankers coming in early, they took the funds that I was just getting ready to spend on a different shell Alden. I need to get those, first.

Yeah, I hear you on the NSTs coming early -- if I were more rational I'd let that decide it, but I frankly don't know if I will do another MTO for a looooong time if I do not act now. I'm back and forth, back and forth.

As for your comments on EG style vs. Alden style stitching, I agree. Given the fantastic value on Carminas through Skoak - and the incredible value they represent in any event, I'd recommend taking the plunge. I'm planning to, although I'm just a tad unsure about how I will wear that color of suede. Don't get me wrong - it's beautiful - I just don't know for me if it would work.

That's what decided the first EG MTO, haha. I can't believe the same reason is making me consider another!

That is a beautiful suede color and I never really thought that I would have an issue pairing. Care to share your concerns? I guess you can PM me if you'd like so we don't clog up Skoak's thread.

I apologize for the miscommunication; I'm interested in the Carmina chukka, not the G&G.

In before the hike, ordered some G&G Isham in Vintage Rioja (ps: MH71), double leather, metal toe tips (couldn't resist). Really excited about this beauty which will fill a gaping hole of having no burgundy or #8 yet. Shocking, I know.

Thanks a lot to Gabriel for your advise and patience.
